Course purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase. Within the first 7 days, you may request a refund by emailing us, provided you have not consumed a significant portion of the programme materials.

Membership and webinar fees follow the same 7-day window unless stated otherwise at the point of sale.

WhatsApp is used for support and programme communication only. It is not a channel for guarantees, advisory services, or commitments beyond what is explicitly stated in your course or membership.

All course materials, videos, written content, and resources shared by VertiRoots are for your personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
