The Founder Story
One question. Three years. A new way to grow.
"I didn't set out to build a company. I set out to grow one flower indoors — in a city it had no business growing in."
Most papers ended the same way: it can't be done outside the valley. That sentence became the brief. If a controlled environment could replicate Pampore's autumn, then geography stops being a moat — and the same thinking extends to mushrooms, microgreens, and any crop that needs a climate of its own.

Early failures
